uh...? a new entry?

okay, uh... i forgot how to do this.  uh... I finished the space trilogy.  like, last semster!  i'm not reading anything in particular a the moment.  sorta restarted all of grace by c.h. spurgeon.  it's good.  i need it.  i need God's Word so bad it's not even funny.  what does that mean anyway?  lol!  just an overused expression.  okay, leave comments you deem worthy of my reading?  i guess.

p.s. i'm addicted to FIFA 2006 world cup.  my roommates got an xbox.  dang it.

since noone commented last time...

i guess i'll still update even though everyone's quit reading these.  i wrote some pretty fly haiku's about fall once.  you should read them.  i may post them in the near future if people so desire.  I'm going to st. louis tomorrow for game 5 of the world series!  holy cow i can't believe i got tickets!  i hope sean gets to go, he may not.  i still don't know yet.  can't wait!  watch for me on tv.  i'll watch for you.  what are you gonna be for halloween?  i might be bob mckenzie from strange brew, but i'll need someone to be my brother doug.  that'd be hilarious, eh?!  you guys should all go watch strange brew before halloween so you'll know what i'm talking about.  comment, comment, comment...

been a month and i'm older now.

I guess I need to update even though nobody even cares to tell me so anymore!  :)  I just bought World Series tickets.  If the Cardinals win tonight, me and somebody (hopefully Sean)  are gonna go see the World Series!  That is, if Game 5 happens.  I got Game 5 tickets again.  It is a risk, but there is usually a game 5.  I got the shaft last time.  Thursday was the best day to go for both of us, so hopefully it all works out.  WOOHOO!!!!  I've had a birthday since last time I updated, so I guess I should be wiser now, too, eh?!  Well, we'll just have to see about that I guess.  The end.

Update time, I guess...

I went to Tulsa Saturday night to see Nickel Creek in concert.  HOLY COW!!!  It was possibly the best concert I've ever been too.  Chris Thile flippin' rocks!  He's an incredible mandolinist.  He came out and played a Bach piece in E major for his encore.  He is so versatile and so flippin' good.  Nobody can touch him.  The only downside was the fact that Sean Watkins didn't come out and sign my poster that I bought of his.  That stunk, but oh, well.  His sister signed it which was halfway okay.  Found out Chris's favorite college football team.  He told me because I found out someone is impersonating him on facebook.  He doesn't even have a facebook and so he told me to expose them and told me his favorite college team.  He told me all this after the show.  I got Mark Schatz's new cd which is awesome.  He's Nickel Creek's bass player who tours with them.  He plays old-time banjo, too, and body percussion!  That was really cool.  His new cd is awesome.  I also got "How to Grow a Woman From the Ground", Chris Thile's new album.  It's back to bluegrass, well newgrass for him.  It's awesome.  He said not to follow the directions on how to grow a woman from the ground, though because he thought it looked rather painful.  Kinda funny 'cause it was his idea I assume to name his new cd that.  Cool beans, okay, so g'day, eh?!

'ello poppie!

I just finished book 4 of Harry Potter.  It's so far the most intense.  My bro keeps saying they get better.  I guess I get to start the fifth sometime over the weekend when another load of stuff gets here.  Woohoo!  UofA is nice so far.  Circuits and Statics are going to be difficult, but that's okay.  I'm in a pre 1877 american history class.  That's going to be a blast ended skrewt!  I love that stuff.  Thinkin' about buying a banjo.  I love clawhammering.  Anybody got any money they'd like to donate to my jonathan wants a banjo fund?
